My second entry on pst, made it with photoshop CS3 and used a wacom tablet. No external sources used.. Hope u like it!! Please see the high-res!

this is my first ever attempt at a water dress. A lot of warping and liquefy went into making the top and the outside of the bottom then i used a stock photo of a dress to fill in the skirt. Comments are very appreciated. :)
