This is my first entry ever at Photoshoptalent.
I didn't use any source images. Only the given image.
I'm sorry - I never remember what I do when I manipulate pics - I just kinda go crazy with Photoshop until I like what I see. All I can tell you is that I use a lot of layers and a lot of playing with colors. And I remember in this one, for the center circle, I used blending styles.
