Hello everyone,
this is my first entry in a contest. I hope u like it ! This is how it is done

1 ) First of all i done the RGB colors (the basic of my pic) via Filter>Render>Lighting Effects.
2 ) I added a gaussian blur to that layer than.
3 ) In a new layer i added the stars and the clouds for smoke.
4 ) Than i added a Lens flare for the light effect.
5 ) I added the Rockets with an other glow.
6 ) I finished my work with some star brushes.
