He is cirrus, a flying centaur...I know the compettititon brief said "people" but they didn't specify human people, so hope this is alright. If not, mods, please let me know and I shall see about re-editing this.

I was halfway through creating a winged horse with a rider but someone else had already done it and I wanted to do something a little different.
