This is an image I created earlier this year. The person is me on my wedding day 3 years ago. I used render-lighting for the shadow on the body. I used a background from my computer. I then added some butterflies and dragonflies. I adjusted the input levels on the background to make it a deeper green. I added the orb to my hand and used neon glow. The orb has butterflies in it as well. I created a floral brush and then used it on a low opacity to create the crown of flowers on the head. I added some wings and adjusted the input levels until I got this great unique look. I then used clone stamp to hide the facial features, with the exception of the eyes.

This angel shines so brightly that at times only his eyes may be seen. His penetrating stare burns out even the solace of the shadows.

I listened to the song and just sorta come up with this idea based on the lyrics, inspiration by music is awesome!
