I'm not 100% sure that everyone will think that this entry fits into the contest guidelines.Well I tried to make this old woman Glamour magazine cover-ready, actually I tried my best on it.
I tried to add a little funny element in the picture too, since I think that viewing those "before-after" lines again and again is a little boring.I wanted something new.

The picture was basically made with clone stamp, healing brush tool, blur tool, dodge tool, burn tool, and using some soft brushes for wrinkle fading, using the smudge tool for hair recovering after cutout and a little change in the levels for a good contrast effect.
