Accually The Moon And Stars Were Almost Last ut I Put them on the same Layer as the Backgound.

Step 3 & 4 Added glass reflections and colors

Step 9 thru 14 to create head made black sircle added white fur around edges using brush I made from source, created another layer used brush with grey, an another layer using brush with black.ame with body, ears,tail and lower jaw.

Step15-20 added tongue teeth nose.
