bird subject matter aside, there are some masking issues here. the chain: you removed most of the black from it but left chunks? and around the chin has almost a halo or ghosting effect. Bird's masking is jagged and the fur hat is too straight and crisp. A little work to clean this up and it could be a very good entry!
