the comics book style for the leg and for the background don't quite match with the man... u could aply a filter or try to use some burn/dodge tool to make the human blend in... The rest is more than OK.. but u shoul try and work more on the clouds. Bottom line.. u have this... a leg ( monster leg... cartoonish.. ), a human ( that doesn't blend ) and clouds ( that look weird).Hope i'm not to harsh and my comment is usefull. I think this coul look extremely cool if all would blend..

PS: the foot is realy cool

Good job! Fixing the blending around her head, and making her shadow conform to the curve of the foot, will make it better. Also, the edges on the leg are too sharp...try blurring them just a bit.
