Nice one! A light problem though. Light comes from up right (and in fact also lightens the back from the SheShell), which you do correct enough with her left arm and head, but not with her back. Sure the body under her left arm has some shadow, but it's quite possible if there's also some light shining on her back. For the rest, maybe I would make the plant in front a bit less sharp, but overall well done !

Well, I have to say the only thing I don't like is the face, but the rest is wonderfully done and very beautiful. I like the peaceful feeling of this image. Nice job.

ok, i take it back, i just saw the sbs (which i should have looked at first) and noticed that the face was part of the shell and wasn't creative on photoshop...now thats cool.
