A little lens flare, lighting effects, some shapes with blurs and twirls, etc...

This is the first source image I used. I've had it around for years. I think it was taken by a friend of mine... the frost on his window.

Here is the frost blended into the wooden mask.

This storm image source is from an old graphics CD that has been laying around my place for years, so I can't attribute it to who it was created by.

Here is the final blend.
