Make-up wonder

Changed the background and added some make-up: surface blur on a new layer and some colour and luminosity adjustments for the skin; used tablet for the eye line and the lashes.
The changes are far from being drastic but the overall look is so much beter :)

Why change the background? It draws attention to the hair cropping...otherwise, nice job
