Pretty cool. maybe it would be even nicer if you just used the hand normaly, without the markings on it. in my opinion simple is most of the times better. just a thought.......

I agree with kwaytaal on the hand. Also... there is a rough edge on the soil, with a little bit of the original image still showing. Quick tip.. there's a very useful, and easy PS tool that usually gets rid of this type of thing. (Forgive me if you already know this) - If you go to the (soil) layer menu, and choose "defringe" - (not on a computer with PS right now, but I believe it is a submenu item of "matte" - (1px usually works if the first chop is precise) - that will get rid of these leftover pixels. Sorry if that was long winded for a quick comment. Cheers
