Nice selection! Perhaps 2 suggestions: (1) the clouds are reddish-like in the white parts, the white parts of the egret more blue-ish --> maybe you can get them a bit more together so there's more relationship with fore- and background. (2) The egrets in the background are as sharp as the one in front. I understand you'd like to show well what they're carrying, but perhaps you can use a little gaussian blur so it might combine better with BG. Nice entry!
