11-steps guide for Family likness:

First I changed their hair color using layer fill, soft light blending.

Then I decided to use the son's face. But to make them look weirder I duplicated half of his face and pasted it on the other side.

Then with a layer mask, I blended the faces in on each member of the family.

Created a border to the photo, and added drop shadow and outer glow to it.

Using Curl pro, I folded and angle of the picture to age it a little

Lowered the saturation, added a sepia photo filter.
Then used the scratch texture to age the photo some more.
