All i did was use the burn tool to remove the cataracts from the eye, copied it flipped it horizontally and placed it where the other eye should be, then i found the image (thanks to lumise) on stock xchng and i resized it, placed it in the right place, masked it and drew it back in with the paint brush, a bit of tinkering with burn tool and levels and here you have it
