Which photoshop tool/filter is he meant to be? I like it a LOT but the contest rules did say has the specific powers of one of them...I'd like to see which one

yes, the entry is good, but you could add some special feature, you don't want your entry deleted

Hi jinxedkitten ....for me the object he is holding is look like magic wand tool, and I used a motion blur in the image. and I used feathers in the head for showing he is a PST super hero. Thank you for your comments
