4-steps guide for Robot Man:

original image

I copied the image andfliped it for the basic face. Then copied the bumper to give him lips.

Stretched out the top of his head to give him a forehead. Added weld marks.

Copied half his forhead for a shoulder, copied that for the other one and filled in the gaps.

Made gears out of pieces of his forhead and then made a gradient in the back and made scratches and shadows.
