Rise of the Golden Dragon

for the body I use the bird feather,

and adjust it,
and the dragon head started from the bird head

I use erase to make the dragon head,

and duplicate some part to make the mouth and do some adjustment

I delete the eye part because I want to add the custom eye, by using brush,

and to create the shape for the head, I use burn tool and some brush tool

on this part I want to show the full body part of the dragon, and I add some fire fur by using the bird feather and to some color adjustment to make it yellow.

from this part, we'r ready to make the entire part,

this is the final outcome.

for the fire part I use smudge tool to make it looks like fire

and for the background I use radial blur,
so we can see that the BG is moving
