for sure yes Vicspa.. is only to rotate the hat!!!

IMPORTANT OBSERVATION: if you are going to use at the bottom, as Vicspa said, please do not forget to tear the piece of paper and throw it away(into a trash). Because, after, without tearing, it goes to be a problem to use at the top!!!!
