Sources are in the fireballs, in the flying pieces, the red wood in the water and so on. Just try to look good and you'll find them many times. I will upload tomorrow a high-Res Version so that you can see the whole details.

Well what is enough source and what not?
Is it better if the source directly pops in your eyes or not?
I added 3 spheres and a part of the fence, I saw images which use less from the sourceimage.
I think everybody have a different interpretation.
Also Claudiolky there mustn't be sarcasm to tell something.

Not just the car also the person which is falling outside from the car ;o) How the come up, let me think maybe with an alivator.
No I just like the idea and you are right its will be difficult to get the car up to the top.
