background made with gradient. stripes with filter>sketch>halftone using lines then giving that a gradient overlay.

added the font, giving it a bit of gaussian blur and stroking it with a crosshatch brush (i think its crosshatch lol). added a few stars beneath the lines layer.

made using the pen tool using 4 different layers. on the bottom layer (the border) i gave it a bevel and emboss, color overlay (set to gray) on low opacity, and set fill to 0%.

on a new document i made a new layer and named it PST then i pressed "prt scr" and pasted that into the document and cut out the layers tool bar and resized it.

changed the colors using selective color to change the white to black and black font to white, and used hue and saturation to change the highlight color.
Entry guide: step 6 of 6
distorted the font a bit, added the layers tool bar, and put in the PST logo (i put the URL for it just in case you wanted it). For the final result I added that swoosh or whatever you want to call it, a few more stars, and on the layers toolbar used the dodge tool for the effect that you see.
