as you see on the SBS, I only used an external smoke source which I later Inverted the colours "Ctrl+I" then manipulated with Hue/Saturation to get my desired colour together with exposure settings to make it more glow, and then make a new layer and go to filter->render->clouds to apply blue clouds as you can see, then add the smoke to these clouds, thanks for the comments
