eye of power

i distorted the center of the image to a swirl patter and added in a few colors darkened the outer image and brightened the eye of the spokes. i warped the entire image untill it had a more whispy dark liquid look. i only used the original image no otheres were incorpirated into the pic, also my first entry on this site if i did anything wrong rule wise i would apresiate advice
