Ransom

Lots of Clone stamp to make the image area larger.

mask out the trash can and remove it then clone over the area it was in. Save selection to make dark edges where the can was.

Use polygon tool to recreate cloned out ground bricks. Then stack them up and use pespective transform to lay them back down on the ground. Apply pattern overlay to blend texture into bricks. Then burn bottom layer to give the bricks depth.

Use warp tool to bend original image to appear taped to the ransom board. Apply writing and some noise to the board with a little shading and burn the shadow behind the board. And there we have it a stolen rubish bin.
