After reading through all the other comments in this contest I changed the text on mine a bit to be more inline with the Motivational poster structure (you can see the original text in the sbs). Still a noob here though comments and constructive critisism are greatly appreciated.

Author, No the 1st version was alright, It deserved the vote I gave. 2nd version is just as cool with the chick being erased language in 1st one was probably more realistic however I can understand some taking offense, good job!

Not sure how this is motivational BUT... Lopping off her head rather than her body would be more dramatic, and it would be more noticeable since you chose to eliminate a background, rather than foreground, bridesmaid. A headless bridesmaid would also eliminate the need for the mini actual photo. (I admit to being too dense to catch your point on my first viewing because I thought the shadowy head in the background was maybe some sort of ghost.) The "Who's Silvia?" [kudos for proper spelling which sometimes seems in short supply when entries involve text] is unnecessary and confuses.
