The gradient in the text isn't good. Normally a motivational poster has plain white text. Step 5 was better. But a great idea and good executed. Nice to see someone who makes it the right way...

Haricharan, the idea was to motivate newbies to enter contests correctly so that they don't get their entries removed. I regard it as motivational.

6-steps guide for Moderator's Message:

Entry guide: step 1 of 6

Image used as main background. Obtained from sxc.hu (thanks asifthebes).

Entry guide: step 2 of 6

Obtained images of MisterMonty and moderators from the website.
Click on More>Moderator Team.
I tried to match the personalities of the mods with the children of the source image.

Entry guide: step 3 of 6

Desaturated the images and blended the all together. Played with brightness and contrast and other adjustments to try and get everything to match. Cloned parts of the background which were no longer required.

Entry guide: step 4 of 6

Created a new canvas with a black background. Cropped my Mod Team image and placed it on the new background.

Entry guide: step 5 of 6

Added my title and text.

Entry guide: step 6 of 6

Added a color overlay over the image.
Added borders and a color gradiant over the text.
