Comin' at cha!

First I desaturated the image and increased the contrast by 50. I used the filter diffuse glow (0, 10, 10) and then created a copy layer and used the filters plaster (25, 15) and then guassian blur 40. I set that layer to overlay 50% opacity and merged laters. I enlarged the image by making some empty black space in the background and fading the face into it.

I made a copy of the face and made it a bit smaller and pasted it in the center of the other face. I decreased the contrast -100 and brightness of the image -150. On just the background I selected four square sections and I used motion blur, all pointing in their respective directions at 100px. Then I merged all of the layers and repeated the process with the "little face". Then I just history brushed some of the areas I wanted detailed. Last thing I did was to use the variation tool to add color, then the history bush to remove the color in streaks, then I just repeated the process whith different colors.
