Nice idea, but if you want to get the effect of chocolate you need some liquid droplet to get this effect to work. Also its good to paint some highlight to make this effect even more stronger.

Although the idea is nice at the moment it looks just like a colour change, you will need to add some droplets, and if it helps there was a tutorial written on this subject and the link is here: http://www.photoshoptalent.com/photoshop-tutorials/sludging-objects.php - hope you find this helpful

It looks just like chocolate! but I will see what I can do with it to make it more interesting. I was going to do the whole church layered with real chocolate but then people would say there is no source there. lol.

'The problem on the top are the too many highlight I think. Add simply one this should improve the flat looking.
