I changed the eyes removed parts of the reflection and using liquify and warp shaped the water just like i wanted it to have.

sry my english is not very good i don't know whats water tap is. The picture of the eye and the face is by me the other one given by the contest. i used liquify and warp tools to shape the water like this.
