i changed eye colour and skin colour, i then tweeked exposure and saturation over whole pic.
i then took a pic of myself and ghosted it onto eye, i bent it using distort tool.
i then pulled a pic of rust over and trimmed to fit before tweeking it with sat, and ghost effects
