actually u can make your own rays by yourself, just make a straight line with a bright color and duplicate it, after that u erase it using a soft brush with low opacity, then u can use outer glow, hope it'll help =D

Absolutely lovely work, maybe darken/sharpen the lashes and burn the pupil a bit to bring the eyes out

6-steps guide for Secret Garden:

Entry guide: step 1 of 6

select the lady first

and do the change color using color balance and hue saturation

Entry guide: step 2 of 6

select the eye and do adjustment color like the first step

Entry guide: step 3 of 6

adjust another color by selection each of the things

Entry guide: step 4 of 6

cut the flower and adjust the position with free transform,

and add some brush to giving the glow effect
