run 4 u'r life!!!

first making the tailed fire... i used a pen tool to make a cone like figure then i used filter>stylized>wind to make it look like blasshing ... plus i used the filter>blur>motion blur for the tale to the half part of the figure for more speed effect then.... blending option>outer glow for a yellow glow effect

combining with the source figure..

to make the ball like blashing to the ground... use the marquee tool (the circle one) and create a selection of the ball then with the layer highlighted ..... copy the selected ball then paste it right away creating a layer.. then filter>stylized>wind then use blast...

combining the images we will get a result like this... then its time to create the little soccer meteor shower

creating the small soccer meteor just copy the original meteor soccer ball without the explosion effect then just use move tool (v) but hold the control key so that you can control the resizing and shape as you like
