combined 2 images to get the "pattern" I wanted

Creating the face...

Dodge and burn to give the face's shape

Creating the eyes with 3 fans

Creating the hair/headpiece

Same work on the legs as on the face

Designed the upper part of the dress with the pen tool

With the tablet, designed the lower part of the dress

Working on the skirt parts

Fan was used 3 times to create these parts

Parts used to create the ruffles

Used warp on one fan to create the skirt.
The difference in the final version versus the saved sbs, is that I used clone stamp to erase the desgn from the fan before warping.
