Warped some of the features of the face (mouth and eyes)

- duplicated the image
- de saturated the copy,
- colorised the image to give it a greenish tinge
- set the fill to 75%
- set layer mode to colour burn
this gave me the colour I was wanting to work with.

- modified the skin tone but adding a inbuilt texture
- gave it a 19% oppacity
- Layer mode screen
- Dodged and burned to bring out some of the texture in areas
- added in some little details like the stitches

- Modified the Teeth to make them more 'zombieish' and not so pearly white
- Used colour match on the teeth
- set the teeth layer to colour burn
- Cut a hole in her chest
-slipped under the image the spaghetti
-resized it to look right
-made some of them pop out
- used colour match and adjusted the settings
- dogded and burn to give the effects I wanted

TIme to work on the eyes
- just added some red eclipses for the outer eye and set the layer to Darker Colour
- Added the iris, black dots with a white inner glow
- set the layer to hard light
- set opacity to 32%

- used the skull image
- made a layer for the left cheekbone and right cheek bone
- resized both layers to fight right and blended them in.
- adjusted the colours using levels

- added the final touches
- made the worm come out of the slight hole in the cheek bone
- colour matched it
- set the layer mode to darker colour
- added the slight shadow
- burned and dodged
- did some slight modifying to the details.
And viola the job is finished :)
