It looks like the underside of the ball is less round than the upperside.. Maybe you can fix this by stretching out the shadow a bit and move it a bit to the right too. Altough it's a wonderful concept and a very clean cut. Great job author!

good concept. but the ball stil appears a little flat to me. Maybe try reducing the shadow a little more so its closer 2 the ball

The shadow of billard ball is short, but with football is a little long. This make ball look...fat, I think so

Try to match the shadow with the shadow of the billiard ball, it fades out a bit. And only place the shadow on the right, not on the left of the ball.

nice job with the shadow. I don't have a specific idea, but if you messed with the colors on the soccer ball you might be able to make the it look more like it belongs.
