I like it, but it looks more like it's painted on wood rather than the women is wood. Work on the transition from the chin to the neck, as they are not on the same level so their should be a curve or something. I like how the eyes look like buttons to

welll...the texture looks flat on the face ....the eyes look stranger...specially the new shine in them...the lips look unnatural and like re-touched with the wrong brush...the hair looks like crop-copy-paste....should belnd a bit with the rest of teh picture...eyes may not have the same strong texture as the face..so u emphasize on them...make them a bit alive
