I'm really likin' this one. If I may suggest, bring some shadow under his feet to "ground him more. I might show more top of the foot pointing toward us since it's below eye level. I'll hold my vote in case you decide to tweek him.

EDIT: re-uploaded new version together with SBS....@Labyrinth : I didn't use a ref image, but a millions of ref images, you know I'm too a comic collector, so I picked up many magazines from google and every where, put them in front of me and studied them well: "diff characters, perspectives, actions, etc…" so, as you can see, my character is influenced by diff characters, it is a mix of spider-man, bat-man, iron-man or even transformers!! But it wasn't easy task at all, took from me about 2 weeks to design it - was made for an entry…it was just some warps was made this week…

ok, this is a graphic segmentation, each colour is a place of certain parts of the source image,,,
the index of color are as follows:
the black: the illustrated parts
the white "by all levels" : the bold light parts of the source image..
the red: the whole body of the source...
the blue "by all levels": the striped parts of the source...
the pink: the glow parts...
