I really like the idea here, I think the pinky finger could be angled in more and if that side of the hand could curve a little bit it would look more natural though. Just a suggestion

I do think that looks better, I would still go further with it though. If you hold your hand up like this, notice how much the pinky angles in. I still do want to say though, I really do like this design, its the only reason I am commenting like this.

I agree with Reaper. It looks like the pinkys angled the wrong way. Take it a little to the left

It looks really nice, only a bit empty. Giving it a lil shadow would look even better.
