Remove the lampshade and bulb by using the "Stamp Clone tool"

Make a circle selection and smudge out the light bulb to fill the selection, then blur the bulb so the edges are smooth
Entry guide: step 3 of 3
Extract the lampshade using the "polygonal lasso tool" and place it over the waist the warp, shape and erase to fit.
