looks very pasted on, try to correct the lighting... the boy is oversaturated I think? the saturation is off for sure, I'll hold my vote to give you time to change if you'd like =3

the bear need a little shadow..try to asjust colors of the child with Hue/Saturation (ctrl+U) or with curves (ctrl+M)
