It's a good idea, and the result is really good, but you shouldn't use red instead of dark grey/black colors.

6-steps guide for Sin...:

Entry guide: step 1 of 6

Rearranged the letters to make the word "Sin"

Adjusted the colour levels to make the picture red

Entry guide: step 3 of 6

Added the stone hand to the picture, used dodge/burn tools to adjust the shading accordingly & cloned the background to fill the page
