nice smoke but there's a BIG error,the black area on top of the hand there's a two big grey areas on each side try using the burn tool on midtones with a opacity at about 46 to get rid of those two grey areas.It's ok to go over the sides of the hand a little!!!

Author please first finish the picture and then upload it, as you can clearly see there is a big error in this image. If you did not see this yourself or still do not see it: http://www.photoshoptalent.com/images/users/ronald/Helping/fullsize/ronald_482be447e8e36.jpg thats how it looks like.
