Green part = pepper brush
Road = carrot brush
Capsicum annuum (;p) = flowers and fireworks. The only thing was done without using of brushes from source = 2 rings on wheel, sky and fog.
Clouds and road fog i get as always - just play with filters (clouds, diff clouds, find edges, glow edges, blur) + levels + wrap.
