Strange Creature

1, cut out the neccessary parts (The Nose)
2, i split it in half using rectangle box selector and copied the layer and transfored it (flipped horizontal), i thin places the images side by side and merged the layers.
3, i altered the lighting (Ctrl+M)
4, Cut out the eyes seperatly and altered the colours there, i also chose diferent tones within the Ctrl+M box.
