It looks awesome! Some tips: 1. there's a small line underneath the lips 2. it looks a bit shiny 3. light is coming from upperleft but doesn't show on neck/shoulders and doesn't give a shadow on neck/shoulders. Just some minor things I noticed, I still love it.

One thing I have to say tho, the neck looks a bit flat compared to the rest of the body. But other than that great!

to avoid an 'airbrushed look' try using a hard brush with the shape dynamics set to 'pen pressure' and color pick it (alt) until it blends,if it's too hard to blend then use a large soft brush set to 20% opacity.But for your first try this is bloody amazing

, hard brushes are the best to prevent your image to appear more blury, may be you should also try the smart sharpen....but it rocks

take away the sketch (used a seperate layer for the sketch). So now i could see what extra shadows where needed.

Made the background and a t-shirt.

Made the shadows "behind" the shirt. to make her body look more real and feminine.

And after this step i made the hair which you can see in the final result.
