First I went to Image-Hue/Saturation and used -14 for the saturation to bring down the tone a little.

Next I used the color burn tool with the opacity 36 and the range shadows to get rid of the hand holding the candle.
I switched between highlights and shadows to make it darker while not going over the candle as much.

Then I placed my first image, moving it to the side and setting the blending mode to Lighten,so I won't get rid of the background it has (I liked it so I kept it).
Erased a few parts that were blank on top.

I did the same for step 4,dragging it to the left side this time.

I merged all of my layers together and selected the candle, resizing it slightly and moving it down a little, using a medium sized brush tool to add some black in missing parts.
