Start the flames

Used liquify to change the shapes of some of the flames.

Used the same filter to color the skull, but kept an extra copy of the skull in case I didn't like the changes.

Did some work with overlaying the background and slightly erasing an extra copy of the skull until I had the effect I wanted.
