This cyan stripes confuse me, i mean this area on his shoulders and hand, head and chest is ok. And actually color itself not really fit here, mabe you should change the hue of it?

great use of source

is this supposed to be above or below water level? it could go either way with that background, if you chose below, might i suggest on the suit layer going to image -> adjustments -> photo filter and add the underwater effect
