First of all i drew pespective lines. Thats all Photoshop, no any 3d progs was used *)

Then i start to fill the base i build with stones (wich i took from source image - i guess you can see that clearly)

finally draw background and surrounding, first i was just making scetch and planning to construct it with source image details, but later i realized that i like this "scetch" so i deside to leave it as is, only make some improvements.
